Network & Technology Standards
EuNetwork.Net services are hosted in the NewColo Gmbh colocation facility, in Frankfurt Am Main, Germany.
NewColo Gmbh hosts, at the moment, more than 500 servers in conditioned, UPS-protected environments, with direct connectivity to the major european network carriers, with 99,9% network SLA .
Our network has direct connectivity to 3 different major backbones:
Abovenet International Network 
Tiscali International Network 
Deutsche Telekom Network 
Access to the building is strictly controlled by security service 24h/24, 7/7 ; all the server rooms are controlled by CCTV.
Power serving is guaranteed by UPS services and autonomous diesel generators; each server rack is served by 3 UPS units. Multiple redundant air conditioning units ensure low temperature in all the environments.
Our Fujitsu Siemens server racks are provided by Knürr AG; the rack pavement is permeable and ensure air conditioning through the bottom and the front, while the back walls are perforated and thus letting warm air flowing out.
Network wiring is provided with prewired Cat5 cables.
We keep substitution parts in-stock for fast in-day intervenctions in case of hardware failures.
Our Core Router is a Juniper M20,
completamente ridondato in modo da poter fornire connettività d'emergenza in caso di guasti. L'uplink è garantito da un router Foundry BigIron 4000 con JetCore management.
La connettività interna è gestita da switch HP ProCurve 2650th, esclusivamente su gigabit, su una backbone HP ProCurve 2848.
Il network è strettamente diviso in VLAN; questa tecnica blocca qualsiasi tentativo di IP spoofing all'interno del network, e annulla la possibilità di interferenza di traffico esterno ai nostri servizi.
Un sistema di protezione dagli attacchi dDos è a garanzia dell'integrità del network, riconoscendo in tempo reale eventuali attacchi ed isolando l'IP attaccato direttamente dalla backbone del network.
La presenza di un tecnico specializzato all'interno della webfarm è garantita 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni alla settimana.
In caso di guasto hardware, il servizio tecnico garantisce i ricambi necessari nel giro di 24 ore.
Tutti i servizi EuNetwork.Net sono ospitati in server con dischi in RAID1, doppio alimentatore e connettività garantita a 100 MBIT/S; i software utilizzati per l'erogazione dei servizi sono esclusivamente open source.
Il network inoltre fornisce connettività nativa ipv6, assegnata gratuitamente a tutti i nostri servizi (su richiesta).
